Standard physical prints14-day cancellation period.
Standard mounted and framed variants14-day cancellation period.
Genuinely customised prints, commissions and bespoke dimensionsNo change-of-mind returns.
Digital downloadsNon-refundable after access begins, provided express consent is collected.
Damaged, defective or incorrect productsReplacement or refund, with photographs requested.
Return postageCustomer pays for change-of-mind returns; we pay where the product is faulty, incorrect or damaged.
No change-of-mind returns because prints are produced to order.
Original deliveryWe refund the standard delivery cost on a complete statutory cancellation.
PackagingArtwork must be securely repackaged — we recommend retaining the original packaging.
Refund timingWithin 14 days of receiving the return or evidence of posting.
